Hypnotherapy has proven to be highly effective for a wide range of issues and the management of illnesses a non exhaustive list includes; Anxiety, Depression, IBS, Parkinsons, Vertigo, Fear of  public speaking, Weight loss, Smoking cessation

Will it work?

Hypnotherapy is not like a magic wand that will cast a spell and fix everything. You will need to work at things between sessions and may be given audio recordings to listen to or be set small exercises / tasks to carry out.

How many sessions will I need ?

It totally depends on the individual and the issue but on average three sessions will be enough to make a change.
