All About Carolyn Wood Hypnotherapist
Carolyn Wood is a fully qualified and insured clinical hypnotherapist with full DBS clearance. She is a full member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare council. Furthermore, she is a very understanding and personable therapist who provides solution based therapy to her clients.

Carolyn is a highly empathetic and warm therapist who has years of life experience to draw on. She has personal experience of what she calls ‘tough times,’ including, divorce, post natal depression, menopause, cancer to name but a few life events. A few years ago at a particularly stressful time she instinctively turned to hypnotherapy as had always been curious about it and was fascinated by
how the brain worked.
Hypnotherapy had such an effect on her quality of life she decided to change her career path and retrain to become a clinical hypnotherapist.
Her preference is for finding solutions and not to pick over the past which can be stressful and can mean that therapy is ongoing and seemingly endless.
She adopts a combination of hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy, EFT and NLP techniques to help you move forward in your life. Working together the sessions will also provide you with techniques you can use to manage your life and your emotions better moving forward.
